DAY OF THE SHOOTArrive 5 minutes early to your shoot. You want to make sure you get as much time in front of the camera as possible. CLOTHINGSonora Photography offers unlimited outfit changes, so get creative! This allows me to get a variety photos for you to choose from. Make sure that you are comfortable with your outfits, and wear something that flatters you. Bring a few different styles and colors. Some casual, some a little more dressy. SHOESWhat girl doesn't love shoes?? Whether they are your favorite pair of heels or your beat up Chucks, bring what you love. Shoes are fun to photograph, and can really add to the photo. STYLEBeing yourself is most important, make sure you remember that as you are picking out your outfits. Be fashionable for your session. Style is key and I want you to look amazing! HAIR & MAKEUPTake your time getting ready, you'll thank yourself later. Wear your makeup a little heavier than you normally would and avoid anything that will add shine to your face. I don't know what your hair is supposed to look like, so make sure I know ahead of time. Bring extra clips, pins, and hairspray just in case. If you don't want to worry about either of these, I have trustworthy people that will make sure you look your best for an additional fee. JEWELRY & PROPSI always encourage to accessorize and if you have any props that you think would add to the photos, definitely bring them! WEATHERClouds are good. Actually, I prefer it.

These are some great tips; after all, senior photos are an important moment, so you really want to shine. I particularly like that the article encourages young women to use jewelry and props. Of course, you also want to make sure that the photographer you hire won't have trouble with shooting those props.
